It is hard to believe that a month has passed since you were born.  There is still not a day that goes by that you don't pass thru my thoughts.  I miss you and wish you could have stayed longer.  However, time passes quickly for those who are here too, it seems as though you blink and twenty years are gone, so I will see you again soon.

Kelly~I just couldnt hold back the tears as I looked through the pictures of you and Chris holding your precious baby girl.  Journey is such a fitting name for her.  Even though it came much to soon, she has made the journey up to heaven to be with God.  And now everyday will be your and Chris' journey to be reunited with your beautiful daughter.  You are a great woman and she is blessed to have a mother like you.  I cant imagine what you are going through, but know that you are in mine, and so many other people's, thoughts and prayers.  You may not be able to feel her in your arms, but you will always feel her in your heart, and that is something no one can take away.

I have seen children come and go. I have seen lose, but none have compared to the brevity of Journey's life.  When I looked on you (Journey) not too long ago, pain and sorrow filled my heart, but moreover taking was the tears of joy knowing that you are with our savior right now, something we can only imagine.

Kelly & Chris, my prayer is that during this time of no understanding or answers as to why, is that you find peace in knowing that while life is uncertain in all of it's ways, there is one thing you can know and that is Jesus is taking care of your daughter.  I pray that you both know that you will see her again one day, maybe grown up, maybe still a child, never the less, God is the best parent a child can have.

Dear Journey,                   

Oh how sad Mommy is right now, Ive been thinking about you more than ususal today, its like every other minute you are on my mind, exactly 2 weeks ago today I was just in the hospital maybe thats why.  I look at your pictures alot and how I wish you were here and in my arms.  I think the doggies know mommy is sad too, especially Nadia, she is sitting beside me with Nyla too.  I know one day I will hold you in heaven but right now mommy's heart hurts, just because I miss you sooooo much.  I will forever love you!!!!
